Mobile App Update
On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the LifeStore Bank mobile app will be updated. The app should automatically update on each mobile device. If your app fails to update, you can download the newest version from the App Store on your device.
We are excited to share that the new App includes updated features that will allow you to stop payment and manage alerts. Card Controls (the feature that allows you to control alerts and transaction activity on your card) will need to be reset with your preferences.
To add your card, go to the Card icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen OR navigate to the More menu > Account Management > Card Menu. Once the card is added, you can re-establish the controls and push notifications you prefer.
